1. Where are you located?
We are based in Tea, South Dakota (SD). We do not have a physical storefront, but you can catch us on the road in the Posh Cowgirl trailer or at one of our warehouse events!
2. Do you ship within the United States?
Yes, we ship anywhere within the U.S. We do not ship outside the U.S.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.
4. What is your return policy?
All returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

Returns will be refunded for store credit.
Final sale on clearance items and all jewelry, hats, & accessories.
5. Overall Care Instructions
All items can be steamed.
Most items should be machine-washed cold.
Lay flat to dry.
Please contact us if you need specific care instructions for a certain item.
6. Do you restock sold-out items?
Occasionally. Some items are limited and may not be restocked!
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit card brands, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and digital wallets like Google Pay and Shop Pay.
8. Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order. Some codes may not be valid on sale items or during site-wide promotions.

10. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make the perfect gift. They’re delivered via email and never expire.
11. Can I cancel or change my order?

12. Do you offer collaborations or brand ambassador opportunities?
We occasionally open up collaborations or ambassador spots. Follow us on Instagram @theposhcowgirlmidwest or reach out via email to be considered.
13. Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup is not typically available unless we are at an event or have scheduled an appointment with you directly.
14. Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes, we do! Shop our plus-size arrivals. Please check individual product listings for the availability of specific sizes. We are continuing to expand our range of plus-size products.
